Visited this place last Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to find a 50% discount offer running — a great deal! We ordered: 1. Caramel Java Chip (Tall) 2. Refresher – a refreshing blend of mangoes and dragon fruit 3. One Cheesecake All of this cost just ₹621, which felt like a steal considering the quality. The overall experience was smooth — nothing out of the ordinary, but the hospitality was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're looking for a relaxed café vibe with good deals.

Valentine’s vibe was unmissable! From the cozy ambiance to the special seasonal menu, everything felt festive and dreamy. Tried the Pink Drink, and wow—refreshing strawberry flavors blended with creamy coconut milk made it an instant favorite. Love at first sip! Also got my hands on their Creme Brulee Frappuccino, which was indulgently smooth, and the Valentine’s Marble Loaf Cake, which paired perfectly with my coffee

Frappe cold coffee was too much ice. Sandwiches were very good and value for money. One suggestion - please take care if the guy who shouts once the order. There has to be a better way to announce the completed orders than shouting so loudly. I feely pity for the person and his poor throat

Spotted a cockroach on the counter where you get served your coffee 😖 I asked for no ice in my coffee and it was WARM. Had to ask them to add some crushed ice so it was at least enjoyable

am a regular Starbucks customer and a platinum card holder. ordered a chicken pasta with creamy sauce. at the time the order was ready asked for extra "Chilli Flakes" sachet. both asst Manager Mary & customer executive Sanjay refused to give me an extra chilli flakes sachet. they said its their policy that they can give only one. its common sense and customer service to provide this and other chains like dominos, pizza hut, mc donalds, burger king etc always provide ectra sachets or ketchup as per customer needs. i also offered to pay and buy but they refused. when you pay 360/- for a pasta and are refused a 1/- worth chilli flakes you know the level of customer service and policies Starbucks has in place. will never return again to any starbucks in India.

The cashier first said there’s no offer even after having a hoarding displayed that there’s a 50% off. After i ordered she did not give me a bill. I waited for more than 20 minutes for my food items. I had already ordered and paid for the chocolate truffle cake so i asked for it. When I was leaving the cashier then said i had not paid for it 🙄 When i asked her to present the bill she then said ok ok you had paid for it. What a pathetic service. Please train your staff

They will tell you that the district QR code is not working after you have waited in line for 15 minutes. It is working, they just don't want you use it because it cuts into their margins. Why list yourself on the district app if you don't want people to use it? Or hang up a board at the counter mentioning that District app is not accepted.

Scamming ppl. Dont by the offer on district. They ask u to place the order for snacks after u place the order for the drink. They say the offer is for snack n drink and not just for the drink

dont visit this Starbucks. they always scam. district is showing pay with this and get 25 percent off. and they dont give. some issues happen. dont visit there.
