Very disappointing experience at this restaurant on a birthday celebration. We had pre-booked through Zomato, and one of our friends ordered a cheesecake for the birthday celebration — but when we cut it, the cake was rotten. When we informed the staff, instead of handling it professionally, they started laughing and casually offered a free cake. It didn’t stop there. The baby corn dish we ordered was served completely cold. Later, while paying the bill, they still added the rotten cake amount to the final bill. On top of everything, the payment done through Zomato was apparently “not visible” to the restaurant, and we were made to wait for almost 1 hour for their transaction issue. Finally, they asked us to pay again through Swiggy. A birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience because of poor food quality, unprofessional staff behavior, and terrible service management. Definitely not recommended.
