Extremely disappointed with service of Street Story’s restaurant at Forum South Bengaluru. We had gone with colleagues of 15 member team and booked well in advance. Water bottle was 238Rs per bottle costing 2381 Inr only for the water. They never informed us sbout this cost. When asked supervisor was rude and asked its MRP. Also in one of the food item, we found stone and hotel staff was very casual about it. Even after all this, they have included 2313 INR as service charge. We didn’t realize it n made the payment earlier. And they were sumanth on not returning. Paying 10% service charge for such poor experience on fine dining after paying more than 25000 Inr bill was painful experience. Kindly ask for water bottle price before choosing between tap water vs bottled one.

Colleague of 15 visited this place. Our water bottle cost was 2380 Inr. And we found stone in food and don’t care attitude from the staff. Even they were adamant of returning 2313 Inr service charge for this poor service 😡😡. Supervisor lady was wrong hire for such fine dining experience. !!’

portion sizes were very low. The "crispy" lotus stem was soggy and the crew did not bother listening to our concern.
