Chettinaud chicken is just awesome but the starters are not that good... chicken curry is good... juz have a try ... should improve the taste of the starters

***Honest Review**** Suvai Factory Tops it All but the quantity is less when compared to the price. I have ordered boneless Chicken Kebab it was crispy, crunchy but only 5 pieces that too small ones. Please increase the quantity. Apart from that one can find different variants of combos from Dosas(Chicken Dosa, Mutton Dosa, Prawns Dosa) to Meals( Non Veg Combo, Fish Combo, Gobi Manchurian Combo). You can find different varieties of Mutton, Chicken curries as well . Below are my suggestions Suggestions: 1. Please maintain the same standards of taste 2. Also please increase the quantity of certain items 3. Also it would be better if you add desserts and Beverages to the menu

Ordered 2 Chicken 65 Biryani. The first thing is I didn't receive Raitha with the delivered package. The second thing is the quantity of rice is less and the 65 pieces are bit dried. I am suspecting because of gold members the restaurants are providing separate food(less quality) and fewer quantity foods??? If so let us know will order directly to the restaurant and provide us quality and fresh foods.

Staff and Ambience : Online order so no comments on this. Food : chicken chikka Biryani : Biryani taste was good. I liked the amount of spice and flavor. Unfortunately the chicken pieces were a huge disappointment. Barely any meat we had to nibble from sad bones that were dropped into our box as though they were doing us some favor. Definitely a far sub standard delivery for a Rs. 200 worth Biryani. Ghee rice : was ok. Was sweet. Chicken curry : gravy was tasted good. A pinch of salt would have made it even more better. The chicken pieces again here were a very bad. It literally felt like eating raw meat dipped in some gravy just when the order arrived. Not properly cooked. Hard to chew. Added photos (which may not look beautiful... So caution) Price : Not at all worth the price you pay. Recommendation : wonder how it has such hyped high rating. May be something else is good. But definitely not recommending this Biryani and curry. Personally I would avoid chicken here totally. No comments on other dishes yet.

This is my second order with Suvai. Thought of going with non veg this time.. ordered chicken biriyani.. delivery on time but disappointed with the quality and presentation.. to be open its not worth for the money 200..quality is below average and pieces are not sufficient.. when the price is set at 200, quality should meet our expectation.. should improve quality and presentation..

Ordered Mutton Kothu Paratha and Malai Kebab at 11:30AM. Zomato calls me at 12 and connects me to the restaurant who say that Malai Kebab will take 30 minutes more since the "steam stove" is not working. So they suggest Chicken Fingers instead to which I agree. At 12:20, I receive Mutton Kothu Paratha and Malai Kebab. Mutton Kothu Paratha was about okay, nothing to talk about and nothing to be disappointed. But the Malai Kebab was completely undercooked. The meat was extremely hard and chewy and I had to throw it out after a bite. Exactly how did they manage to cook malai kebab after replacing the dish with chicken fingers in my order eludes logic.

The most worst restaurant I have come across via zomato. They are delivering mutton meal without a single piece of mutton.when called the restaurant, the concerned person's behavior was rude & unprofessional. Just told raise complain on zomato, we don't know. &They themselves told zomato that mutton has been delivered whereas I had already shared pics. Even the zomato representative was not helpful. Very poor.

Quantity is stingy less. Biriyani is packed in such a small container. Charging 100Rs for two spoons of Biriyani. I wouldn't suggest or order from this restaurant again.

Based on zomato review, I Ordered Mutton curry and they delivered chicken curry, that was cheating ! Basically I doubt the review system too!

I've had better biryani in train. The food was horrible. The chicken pieces were dry af. The rice was cold
