Being from Tamil Nadu, my love for Madurai cuisine is something that can never be separated from me. The food was so good that my friend and I were absolutely stuffed by the end of it! Every dish carried that authentic Madurai taste we instantly fell in love with. My friend, who is from Kolkata, completely fell in love with Tamil Nadu food through this experience, which made it even more special for me. A special thanks to Mr. Mani for the amazing service he did a fantastic job and made the whole experience even better.

Had a really good experience at Suvaii! The food was delicious and had authentic South Indian flavours. Special mention to Karthik for his excellent service, very polite, attentive, and welcoming throughout. Overall, a great place for good food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

STOP SERVING LEFTOVERS please especially in the mornings. You charge a bomb and custormers deserve fresh food. If you continue to do this again will have report it to health authorities, especially idlis, Parottas and meat items. Have highlighted this multiple times and posting this hoping someone from management sees this and rectify.

Visited this restaurant with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor — despite being seated, no one attended to us for nearly 15 minutes, and we had to ask for the menu ourselves. The overall service lacked coordination. Our order was mixed up, and the biryani was served cold, which was quite disappointing. We visited this place with high expectations based on a recommendation, but the experience fell far short of what we expected. For a restaurant with such a reputation, the level of organization and customer service was surprisingly inadequate. Even much smaller restaurants often manage their operations more efficiently. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.

My parents went to have lunch and they ordered mutton biryani and the staff dint inform that there is no meat in the biryani and they took the order and when the food was served there was no meat pieces at all and when this was asked to the staff their response wasn’t good and they clearly don’t care and we had to pay the full for mutton biryani which we dint get mutton pieces at all. This is very disappointing and hopefully this message is delivered to the restaurant.

The service is very bad, took 35 min to serve veg meal after sitting every service if you want rice Tak 10-15 min after you inform them. Food like parota is not fresh it’s reheat again . To get gravy after keeping parota it will g to ale 10-15 min to serve gravy. Very bad experience. Decide not to go again. No one come and ask what you want. I waited more than 1 hr to get seat. After sitting took 45 min 1 hr to serve first dish.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I would never go there again. Every dish was extremely spicy, to the point that it brought tears to our eyes. There was hardly any taste of the meat—just overwhelming spice. I never expected Madurai food to be this spicy.
