Sweet chariot is my family's go-to for quick bites and their infamous Japanese cake. Not to forget the apple cake with the cute icing that's been around for ages!My personal favourite is the chocolate rum tart, the Japanese cake and the French eclair. Sweet chariot has been around since the time I was a kid and I'm quite happy with the consistency in taste that they have maintained. It's easy on the pocket as well. Since I live close by it's quite convenient to drop by for some budget sweet cravings.

Very Disappointing Experience at Sweet Chariot – Frazer Town(Staff named Tanush created all ruckus he is the one standing behind the glass where the cakes are kept) Had a very upsetting experience at the Frazer Town outlet today. The staff member named Tanush was extremely disturbing in his behaviour. His actions were very rude and unprofessional. He charged me extra for a carry cover without informing, and when I asked him about it later, he responded with attitude and started rebuking me. Despite me telling him to behave as I was with my child, he continued to create a scene and even told me to get out if I didn’t want to buy. When I mentioned I would complain, he arrogantly said “go ahead.” Is this the kind of staff Sweet Chariot hires—people with no basic decency or manners? Very disappointing.

Customer service is worst, they cheat people & cakes r also not fresh, its not once, twice its happened again & again. They take order but deliver not fresh cakes
