Sweet chariot is an amazing cake place and even better for birthday cakes!! They can make cakes in the shape of a lord of the rings book and princess tower ones and many other exciting cakes!!! The taste is amazing and I really recommend sweet chariot cakes for a birthday...

If you want to get your memorable moment like first birthday of your child destroyed, this is the place to order the cake. They will say yes yes while taking order and when it doesn’t turn out to be good, they will blame each other. I ordered a fondant cake for first birthday of my child 3 days back and it turned out to be a cream cake with strawberry inside instead of butter scotch inspite of strictly telling we don’t want and finally the bread was hard inside which someone compared to the local bakery bread which comes in 20 rs rather than paying around 5k for the cake. So my strong recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs. There are many cake shops who have come up and do better than this and at least take ownership. Here they don’t even take that.

Been a loyal customer of #SC since a DECADE and more . But lately the reputation and customer service has dropped.. I was regular customer at the Kalyan Nagar outlet but once I was double billed on my credit card. Followed up enough numerous times but without results. Though the bank informed that the amount was credited to the outlet they denied it. Anyway they can keep the amount and I wish them luck for the future. As we have decided to never ever visit them Infact #Amma's bakery have picked up really well and their cake's are a piece of heavenly bliss. The chariot is heading a wrong way.... Best of luck

We bought pineapple cake which is a fav from sweet chariot....but they gave us a stale cake which by the time we ate was already spoilt and sour..we wanted the chocolate pastry they had but they insisted on taking 500 GMs of the same pastry but that was a different cake too...and also stale again..will never go back to this branch again..
