everything was great but the staff doesn't allow us to pay through district app for a certain items despite us showing the message we have received which says " buy anything for 129/- " . need clarification from taco bell team

The taco bell guy at the counter lied to us that everything was 50% off yesterday, if we dined in and ordered. However this guy and his manager both forced me to pay the full amount at the end, bluntly telling me that there is no offer as such. The nachos served were horrible and disastrous. The photo has that Taco bell guy and the manager.
