Very polite staff. Good spread of food and sweets. Pattani Fish is a must try. Methi Chicken was also decent.

We had been here with our family twice, and experience was not very great. Even after reporting that the food was not cooked properly, no action was taken from their side. Issues faced for the vegetables: We ordered the onion and tomato curry, which was uncooked for the rice. The quantity ordered was very less, and again the rice was of poor quality. We were promised biryani, but the rice quality was different. Another experience while we ordered coffee. The whipped cream was thrown on top, and the request was replaced unprofessionally. Later on, when you go to a place like JW Marriott, you expect good food for the amount you spent. We regretted our decision both times. I don’t think we will give it another third time.

Not worth the price. Buffet spread had limited options and food tastes average, nothing great. Only plus point is ambience and view. Felt chicken in main course was undercooked and also flies near dessert counter. They seriously need to improve on taste.

prawns grilled was served raw we vomited. please avoid this restaruat and rather go to Kokoon which IA good . Very bad experience and moreover I had to beg ro get a detailed bull from Yasir. not acceptable at all. Staff was courteous but serving raw food is a strict NO No. We would visit the property but not this restaurant. Stay was okay not compared to Taj but can make do but not recommended Nreakfast spread was nice but being a Mariott member it is .ot worth. Mr Singh should take things in perspective and have a word. Front office was pathetic as well Yasir or Nasir..a patron guest should not be begging for detailes bill. They derve that. But please sjip Terra and rather have food in Kokoon and Mr Girish was a gentleman and he was an absolute star. . Specially when someone is spending half a lac for 1 Day. Not worth at all.

I went to Terra which is their restaurant and this place is obnoxiously expensive. I mean there is no justification to the price. I ordered Tawa Fish - costed 990 and had just two pieces, pasta costed 750, not enough for a quantity of one. 5 stars should really understand that people when spending so much money at-least deserves satisfactory food quantity against the price. Food is good, but if you ask me if it’s worth it, absolutely NO!

Food is really very basic ….. doesn’t worth the money, no proper service from the restaurant… pasta was really a mess and no replacement was given instead they gave excuses not happy with staff as they have no clue on anything and payment through Zomato gold was denied while paying so asked the person on the same he said he has no clue on it it’s been discontinued and not been updated over Zomato

Apparently, "All Day Dining" doesn't actually mean all day. We went there at 6 PM but they didn’t have mutton kebabs or even butter chicken because the tandoor only starts at 7 PM. Not fun. Disappointed. If you can't serve something all day, maybe don’t call it an all day menu. Just a thought.

Horrible service from a staff named Mrutunjay. This hotel should shut down if they want to keep people like him employed. Such arrogance like he’s doing me a favour by serving food. Definitely not coming back here
