Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended.

Average food. It was more like a quick bite. Chicken shawarma was okay, one good thing is they use khubz bread and not rumali. But their chicken was not very fresh and I like some pickle in my shawarma. They just put cabbage, mayo and shredded chicken. Lemon tea was not bad for 10 INR. It was an okay meal/snack and the good part was service was quick. Ordered, ate and left in 15 mins. Location is good. Thank you.

I have ordered some snacks here today and first time they have told the delivery guy the customer cancelled and took back the food . So I had to raise a complaint with Zomato cust care and they replaced the order and this time they send me ice cold food and less quantity than what I have ordered. Again I raised this concern and the same rep Vijitha helped me and tried calling the restaurant and the man who was on the phone from the Restuarant was rude and told her when asked why cold food was sent out . He replied the items sent were mornings leftovers. and I ordered around 5 pm. And without any explanation he hung up the phone on the rep even while still talking .. without even trying to be apologetic and sorry for the inconvenience caused . I guess this place needs to be banned from online orders of all the online delivery platforms . Because I feel they don’t care what is packed and sent across to the customer . They won’t care even if the food was poisoned or rotten . Since it was left over from monin or previous day they can’t throw it away so put in a bag and hand it over to the delivery guy . Pathetic service. Pathetic man who sits behind the counter of the restaurant. I guess the thalaserry management should look into it and take action on such kind of negligent acts of your staff that your hire and sitting on the forefront. Else someone will sue you for the kind of food you send and something untoward happens to someone because of your negligence one day .

I visited for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Had ordered Kerala meals with white rice and an fish fry. The rice served was from previous day, which was heated in an microwave and served. The most pathetic part was the fish fry was also from some previous day, it was also just heated an served. The fish was very hard, chewy and absolutely no taste in it. Strictly a no re-visit place.

Extremely disappointed with management, Krishna your manager must be trained on hospitality if you are happy with the topline now very soon catastrophic havoc is ahead No proper knowledge of menu very basic Appam cannot be served in such a mess at a Kerala Cuisine this will be the last time I visit this restaurant at Banasawadi Hygiene is nowhere would rate minus -10

Do not order food from here. They will accept the order and then they will cancel the order and charge you cancelation fees. Zomoto is their partner is crime. So stay away from these people !!! Period....

very very dissapointing...that is not porotta..it looks old..please being a kerala hotel dont be soo careless and irresponsible..if u cannot provide good food ..please dont accept the order..

Not a good place to explore traditional Kerala food.. Better management visits some good Kerala restaurants and learn how to prepare food.
