Wonderful experience rence at The Bay Grill I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as I write this review for the Hotel manager Mr. Seetharam. We recently hosted my daughter's party at their venue, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The manager was incredibly helpful, accommodating all our requests with a smile and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The quality of the food was superb, and the service staff were attentive and courteous. Mr. Seetharam's politeness and professionalism were evident throughout, making us feel like family. It made my Daughter's Day Special. What touched my heart the most was the way Mr. Seethram and his team went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best day ever. Everyone who attended the party had a fantastic time, and I've received countless compliments about the venue and service. We had been here just to check on the new place that opened next door.. the ambience is good and clean. We loved their faluda. The service needs to be improved as the waiters are completely clueless when asked anything. Over all a good experience.
