Waffles great√ Ambience great√ Service great√ But cold coffee....bestttttt√ I really liked everything and i think i visit there every week or so... I don't remember if it was honey waffle or Nutella waffle or Banana or hazelnut sauce or something,but I definitely want to visit again.

Classic and red velvet waffles are our favorites. White chocolate and vanilla ice cream are the perfect accompaniments to the red velvet waffles. The waffles have a good flavor and come at a high price. We had ordered four waffles with additional white chocolate syrup for everyone. Each waffle with extra white chocolate syrup will incur an additional fee. They did not provide any extra white chocolate sauce. I included images of extra white chocolate sauce on the waffles in the evaluation. I am wondering where all the excess sauce has gone. As a result, the order was pricey compared to the food I received, and I was unhappy. Until next time, Chao 🧇

Visited recently, the shop was under renovation. Later after few days tried calling the phone number provided to check if they are operational and yet no one answered.

waffles undoubtedly tasty as always. been going to this BEL road outlet for about 2 years now. but recently this lady(25/09/2025;7pm) was overly rude all for ONE Spoon and tissues; she threatened other staffs to have their salaries cut if given additional spoons. never seen such cheap behavior at Belgian waffle co. it is just sad

The place is such that, customer is never important in this store. The person at the counter asked us to use the app to place an order. The whole time he was on the phone. Also when we asked him to give the waffle crispy he denied for the same. Also when we asked him to cancel the order he said there is no refund for the money paid. Along with us another customer also faced the same issue. We waited for almost 30 mins to get one waffle. Another customer got fed up with his attitude and better to go to another place near by. Even after raising concern the person never wanted to pay some attention towards our concern. He had started to prepare the online orders instead of completing our order.

Menu say 70 rupees for Saturday ,but staff charging 100 rupees , and contending surge pricing because of lockdown, how absured reason are they giving . This is the last time I am going to eat from this restaurant. As for food quality , they have cut out butter for cost savings and using sugar syrup , VERY VERY UNETHICAL. BEWARE CONSUMERS.

I was asked to wait for my order and when I asked how long I had to wait, the very rude reply was- Don't know madam- it may take 5 min or 40 min It wasn't even busy, there was one other customer who had a waffle and icecream in hand being denied of spoons or tissues ! Chose to walk out from there. Pathetic service and staff

Ordered the Blueberry and Cream cheese waffle. There wasn't a hint of cream cheese in the waffle. I paid more than 200 Rupees for a cold waffle with only blueberry compote. So disappointing!!

I have ordered from here twice and both the times I’ve been delivered an incomplete order. ZOMATO doesn’t refund you the money and they charge you for the food you didn’t get. Sad.
