Had been to this place on mothers days.. the outside sitting is quite nice and comfy The tables seem to be quite sticky in nature though, The service was not up to the mark and did take quite a while for orders to be served considering the crowd was less Coming to food, it was pretty good, the beer was chilled and mock-tail was done nicley, both the starter and pizza where nice.: Overall a nice place . My rating for this would be Ambiance— 3.5/5 Service — 2/5 Food — 4/5 Value for money— 3.5/5 PS: do check for zomato gold offer. I got a pretty good deal which saved me about 600 bucks

I recently visited it with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell far short of its supposed four-star rating. From the moment I walked in, the lackluster service set the tone for a disappointing evening. The staff seemed disinterested and neglectful, leaving guests unattended and failing even to offer a simple glass of water. To add to it, the food took an excruciatingly long 35 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, it came without any cutlery. I was given bisleri without even a glass when asked for water. It was only after searching for a manager that we were able to obtain spoons for our table. Throughout the ordeal, the staff appeared unapologetic and utterly disconnected from the needs of their patrons. Overall, my experience was marked by incompetence and indifference. It pains me to say that it does not deserve the four-star rating. Until significant improvements are made in both service and attitude, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.

We went for a family occasion and were quite let down with the poor quality food that was delivered. Almost all the non veg dishes that were served had undercooked meat. Chicken served undercooked is a health hazard and the lame excuse given was "we get various requests for how meat is to be cooked". The restaurant uses substitutes, for example, maida instead of potato in mash - the chef believes that people don't really know what they are eating. The portion sizes for the money paid were really poor. The wait staff were clearly lost and had to keep rechecking orders for various tables. They desperately need a lesson on how to serve - one person was ignored consistently through the service. The name Bengaluru Brasserie used to be right up there with the Sheraton and Marriotts of the world, but clearly this place has seen better days.

The place was dead on a Friday evening - we sat at Liquid Bar and were the only table occupied when we arrived. The service was painfully slow and the vegetarian options are very limited. It took almost 15m to get our drinks and even then they were a major disappointment. The portion of food didn't justify the high price. We wanted to leave this place soon but it took us 45m to leave after asking for the bill - because they wrongly billed us and offered us to take 2 beers instead of correctly the bill. We didn't get the name of the woman who waited on us but she was extremely incompetent and it took us multiple attempts to get her to understand that we won't pay extra even though her system could not actually bill us for what we ordered. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!

The food takes be back to the 90s - but not in a good way. Average tasting food, meh plating but for exorbitant prices. Nowhere close to what you’d expect from a Hyatt experience. Chilli garlic prawns probably tasted better at the old school Chung Wah. The BBQ chicken and Sausages one pot meal - was served with stale rice and sausages straight out of a Venky’s packet. The dish was a noob attempt. The last dish was a Kikkoman ginger miso chicken with rice. I was served limp vegetables, a dry rice and miso chicken with a bowl of kikkoman sauce - straight from the bottle. Thankfully the chicken was cooked. If you’re staying at Hyatt, and this is your first meal in Bangalore, you’re likely to leave the city soon!

Food quality is below average. Lot of dishes in the brunch menu looked stale and also overall very limited options. Not worth the price and definitely not Hyatt standards.
