First of all, the person at the entry was very cold, impersonal and rude. we asked for a table which we liked and she gave us a corner close to the kitchen which was very hot. all other tables were reserved according to her. when other families came, she gave everyone a choice to sit where they were comfortable. 2nd the choice of menu was limited, both grill and live counter. only chicken, fish and veg. very limited choice. 3rd the buffet food was stale and had too much salt in most of the dishes 4th the dessert counter was lifeless and the pastries and sweets where all stale and tasted a few days old. we where able to have only the grill and left totally disgruntled and disappointed to say the least. I remember this was a great place to go to earlier. Now, the service is bad, food is mediocre and last but not the least no alcohol served. insult to injury bill comes to almost 4000 which was quite inflated by zomato discount not withholding. Never ever, will we visit or recommend

This place has become very unhygienic. We noticed rats near the buffet counter, and after seeing that, I was not able to eat at all. It is disappointing that basic cleanliness is not being maintained. Some areas of the restaurant had a bad smell, and the washrooms were in a pathetic condition as well. Please give more importance to hygiene, cleanliness, and timely maintenance. The staff should also be trained to maintain better standards and treat customers properly. The service was equally disappointing. The person serving us seemed least interested and behaved as if it did not matter whether we ate there or not. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

horrible food, horrible ambience. food was not fresh, all the tables were empty and now I know the reason. I took my team from office for a treat, and it was such an embarrassment for me. the charges that they have put and the quality of food they are serving is not at all matchable. I think now is high time they should consider shutting it down as the food is not fresh. no ac in this hot. complete waste of money. bad experience and embarrassing situation for me in front of my team. way too overpriced. bad quality of food.

I could give zero star for them due to worst service they have provided to us.. they have said no kids charges when we check through the phone call. but after visiting they charged for kids.. we have visited for birthday celebration but they haven't ready to celebrate and showing faces on us. . and they have served burnt chicken bbq.. main courses are not at all good. they need to improve their services

The food has deteriorated alot from the past. The Barbeque items are very dry and we didn’t like it this time. All the items are too flat. Only enjoyed the cake and ice cream. The washrooms are very dirty too. Overall the place have lost its charm.

Very bad service, they took 10 minutes to serve one type of starter, the food taste was also average, there were very less options in both main course and dessert and the main thing was service, too slow, not worth 1250, have had better buffet in 1k
