Good service. Music is always but you can request noise reduce. Food and service awesome. Friendly. Preferably with friends is awesome place. Hangout afternoon . Saturday dance floor.

Food and ambience is average (3/5), service is pathetic (1/5) and payment Zomato gold is accepted. On enquiry, received a rude and unapologetic response. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were charged more.. than what was promised... As per their menu which is there was happy hours 2+1 on towers.. they billed for 2 towers and as per zomota 15% OFF was there so we paid 1st accordingly but later the guy from charcoal came back and said either you can available zomato offer or ours.. but my question is why is Happy hours being mentioned in Zomato menu...and made us pay the complete bill this was very unfair...

They don’t accept any pay like district or Swiggy pay Not at all worth-for star single star also. They severe old stocks only and vey limited options only. Very poor dont waste time or your vibe here

Starter served was salty, spoiled biryani was served. Even though food was served ontime food was cold and over priced. Having live concert was good part of evening. But disappointed with food.
