The cafe owner needs to educate the staff how to behave with the customers. If you ask anything which is not acceptable like about food or the other edible items being sold they reply start indulging in arguments telling the customer to either take the product or leave. Hopefully psn is a good residential place but have never experienced such behaviour. Also noticed that since some time now the packaged food items and bakery product especially the breads are being sold without proper labels of ingredients and manufacture/expiry dates. Onwer should make sure that atleast the basic food guidelines needs are being followed.

One of the worst cafe in Bangalore. Arrogant staff. While dine-in, they don’t have any delivery time ETA. Most of the time customers have to wait for 30-45 min for small orders like tea/coffee. They have their own bakery and another worst thing is they used to sell food products like bread/cookies without any manufacturing/expiry date which is illegal. While asking about the reason behind selling food product without labelling their staff used to fight with customers as well. Not at all recommended! It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Ordered white sauce pasta, had to remind 5-6 times as they forgot the order and then was given red sauce pasta. Angry customer.
