food is v nice. and the staff are lovely. but music is often too loud. also the main area specifically designated for laptop work does not have working power outlets. Please fix that.

Read a news article saying they addressed a customer as "Little Fat Black Shirt" on his bill... utterly disgraceful and disrespectful! A business that cannot respect its customers has no place in business.
