“I recently bought 5 pastries from The Creamery Cake Cafe, and unfortunately, 4 of them were stale and seemed expired. When I brought this to the attention of the shop owner, they did not acknowledge the mistake. I would recommend tasting the items before purchasing to avoid any disappointment. I hope the cafe takes this feedback seriously to improve their quality and customer service.”

I ordered for a Death by chocolate. Which costed Rs200 excluding GST. So in total it costed Rs219. I had it packed so that I could take it home and eat. When I opened the containers shocked to see there are no cashew or peanuts. So its just 2 scoops if vanilla and chocolate sauce which tasted terrible and the brownie was so hard and tasted very bad

Please don't order on any app from this cafe. If you do so, they deliver what they have and not what you order. I was ok for the first time but this happened again. If you call the cafe, they complain about the delivery person changing the other.

Shittiest ever food, ambience and owner(doesn't know how to behave with customers). He used slangs and said what not. Worst behavior ever.
