Most of the dishes lacked flavor - especially chaats, the continental fish was over cooked too Pork belly was far too tough Desserts were especially disappointing The grilled seafood and dim sums were nice Service was really good. Super helpful and attentive staff. Live music was way too loud

We visited The Creek at The Den Bengaluru to celebrate my birthday, but the experience was disappointing mainly due to poor communication from the host. When we arrived, my husband mentioned it was my birthday and asked if a cake could be arranged. The host immediately said it wasn’t possible since we had booked through the Distinct app and were availing a 50% discount. While policies are understandable, the response felt dismissive. I also asked if the food was pregnancy-safe, but the host didn’t understand until I specifically asked about ajinomoto. We reached around 2:15 PM but were not informed the restaurant would close at 3 PM. When I rushed to take food after being told, dishes like paneer preparation and chicken makhani were already unavailable. Overall, the experience made us feel unwelcome despite visiting for a special occasion. I hope management reviews this feedback and improves the guest experience.

even a regular small buffet will be great, there was no dishes at all properly in the counter, I came at 2 pm had to wait 20 mins for the starters , it ruined my mother's birthday, had to wait for 40 mins for biryani no main course rice, 2 of chicken dishes never had pieces at all only gravy, I had to ask them 2 to 3 times, I didn't want to make an issue there as it was my mother's birthday, it will ruined her mood but she was very disappointed later

Veg food is not worth not many options and staff are behind you to wrap your lunch. Not worth for the money

The buffet is limited,the service is poor ,can’t be expected from a 5* restaurant.
