I had heard a lot of good reviews for their biryani. So thought of trying it. I was very happy with my experience here. Went with family. They have cosy seating arrangements, but the ambience looks good with medieval vibes! Coming to food, it was fantastic. Not only biryani, but the gravies, starters, desserts everything was amazing. I tried chicken soup, it was delicious. We had dona zafrani tikka, murgh malai tikka and paneer tikka, they were just woww. Paneer hazratmahal is a must try here, the gravy was superb. Badami murgh also can't be missed. We tried khubani ka meetha and badam halwa in desserts. Still can't get enough of these. Overall it was totally worth trying food here. They have variety of hyderabadi dishes and one will definitely enjoy food here. I felt they can add some more drinks in beverages section.

I wanted to try hyderabadi cuisine and got a chance when deccan biryani opened their outlet in Indiranagar. Recently visited this outlet which has cozy and comfortable seating. If you love biryani and spicy food than this place is for you. We tried tamatar dhaniya shorba. In starters... Tandoori achari gobhi - never had such delicious tandoori gobhi. This is a must try Himayati aloo - potatoes stuffed with paneer and dry fruits. In veg biryani they have 2 options Sabz biryani & paneer methi biryani. My favorite was Sanz biryani served with salan and raita. We also tried paneer hazratmahal, paneer in rich and luscious gravy with butter naan. Just so perfect. In desserts try classic khubani ka meetha. Highly recommend to visit the deccan biryani to taste some authentic biryani and other hyderabadi delicacies.

Newly opened on 12th Main road indiranagar, this place was already on my wish list from the time it opened! Recently decided to try it with a bunch of friends during Ramadan! My main reason to visit this place was the Hyderabadi Haleem and I must say I wasn’t disappointed at all. I really enjoyed the elaborate and the authentic Hyderabadi menu! The marag was to die for, the mutton broth was so rich and flavourful. Personally I enjoyed Haleem the most and I’d say it’s one of the best in town! However I would love to see more drinks or sherbets which are traditionally from Hyderabad. Overall my experience was fantastic, these people know their cuisine they know how perfect the meats and play with spices and flavours! A must visit place when in Indiranagar. Food: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Service 5/5 Overall: 5/5

Recently The Deccan Biryani has launched there first outlet in Bangalore at 12th street, Indira Nagar. They are specialised in Hyderabadi cuisine in veg and non veg. Hospitality is very nice and staff members are very helpful. Place is little bit small but the decor and ambience will give Medieval feel. Food was very scrumptious and tasty. All the food items were fresh and finger licking. They have various varieties in starters and shorbas. One stop outlet for haleem biryani and if you are vegetarian do try Subz Biryani and paneer methi biryani both are Yummilicious one. Below are the items were served: 1. Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba 2. Himayati Aloo 3. Tandoori Achari Gobhi 4. Paneer Hazratmahal 5. Subz Biryani 6. Paneer Methi Biryani 7. Khubani ka meetha

Hyderabadi Feast that is drool worthy. Had this amazing lunch @thedeccanbiryaniindia that was really great. Aromatic and amazing dishes that will surely please your tummy. It is a great option for meat lovers especially. I recommend the chicken Kali mirch kabab, the prawns starters and their mutton biryani. The badami chicken curry was great too.

One of the new places in Indiranagar, it caught my eye because it had Biryani in its name. We had the chicken biriyani, with some extra masala. The meat was so well cooked and had a lot of flavour. The biryani was really delicious. The portion is sufficient for 1 if you eat just the biriyani.

Went there for dinner on a thur and ordered mutton biryani and chicken 65. As seen from the pics, the Mutton pieces were just bones n skin and the biryani didn't feel fresh. The chicken 65 was just very tangy. Terrible food and didn't even have 2 spoons of it. Even after informing the servers they didn't even acknowledge or offer a replacement or refund. Not sure where these good reviews come from. Try at your own risk. Definitely not going back.
