The choices of pastries and and cake was very nice as well the decorations and ambiance is very good. definitely I will prefer to everyone to visit over there if they are pastry lover.

We have taken 1 kg cake and some chocolate bars from deli shop. It's a very good pastry shop for all the dessert lover.

We came here for dinner on Xmas. This was a terrible dinner experience - there was literally not a single dish that was good. Tried the salads, starters, main course - of which the corn salad had dried up corn, stale fish used in the starter, taste less curries in the main course and a bare passable pasta and noodles. There was a decent number of items in the desserts counter, but again a total sad state- crème brûlée which had too much of egg taste lingering in it and we just couldn’t eat it, cake that was just so hard to even eat that I doubt it’s edible, ice creams that were just a watery mess. Only the complimentary wine was a solace in this entire mess of a dinner. All in all I felt the place is a disaster. Zero value for money. For namesake it’s called as a 5 star place, but I would never ever go back here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hotel,very depressing.We ordered food which is vegetarian for us and in the paneer roll they served us chicken and it was very smelly.The food were not at all cooked and all of them were ready mate.Never ever come here to this place and this business is illegal.I will call the police to file a case on this restaurant

The Deli is not even operational but it shows open on Zomato with 400+ reviews. Came here from far and got to know that it's not operational. Why is it even listed on Zomato and why is there an option to book a seat / discounts in a non operational place.

They rushed us out of there. We hadn't even been sitting for that long and they were already asking if we wanted the bill. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of us.

Not VFM, even after 50% discount. Reason: the dishes (croissant, tiramisu cake) were underwhelming
