The place was no doubt good, for the celebrations particularly, but the food was not up to the mark. Also there was no proper hygiene, and the food took so long to come. The dome does not have ac/fan because of which it was too hot and unconfortable to be inside it.

If there is any lower rating than this i am ready to give that rating We went there to celebrate Birthday basis the photos and videos shared on social media. However this place is nothing like it is shown there They charge 4500 for decorating dome.. Which is way too high for the kind of decoration provided Step by Step disappointing experience: 1) Way to the restaurant is dingy... If you want to take any elderly family members please avoid it is on roof top. Lift access is only till 3rd floor.. To access Dome you need to use Iron staircase which is dangerous for elderly 2) Flowers used were artificial all those flowers were discolored and dirty.... 3) Dome was not clean... 4) Service was one of the worst.. as if the service Marshalls were not trained.. we asked for plates for 8 people.. person bought only 4 plates.. When requested for water.. guy handed us water bottle and went.. When we requested glasses.. he was kind of staring at us as if we have asked to handover keys of his restaurant to us.. Never recommend this place to any one...

First thing the service is very time taking Then the soup ordered was without mushrooms but when it arrived after 40 minute of order, the same was with mushrooms, along with insects in the food. On complaining the same to the manager, he was very casual on the feedback and report of issue and was blaming us for not reporting it earlier rather than checking the same internally with his staff and chef. Giving complimentary cannot be compromised with hygiene. NOTE : NEED TO WORK ON HYGIENE AND WAY TO BEHAVIOUR WITH CUSTOMERS SPECIALLY GIRLS.

It was a horrible experience and they charged 3500 just for some balloons inside a badly maintained dome. Please don’t visit. Very bad ambiance and horrible food.

Most of the 5star reviews are from fake identities of the staffs from there.The food,ambiance and pricing are not that much satisfying,Dome is so hot🥲👍
