system is not good .Ist scan than order then collect the items ,Indira nagar system is ok.Food is served at table rates are very high.

Very poor experience at Filter Coffee, Kalyan Nagar. Service was extremely bad, especially from attendants Stefan and Ali. We were given the wrong order and told medu vada was out of stock by Stefan but the same item was served to local language speaking customers within minutes. Clear favoritism and local groupism. The chef was shouting, creating an unpleasant ambience. When we asked for extra masala, they said it was over, yet served us a masala dosa instead of the sada dosa we ordered. Rude behavior, zero hospitality, and below-average food. Disrespectful staff and worst service. Never visiting again or recommend anyone.

I feel it's highly over priced for the kind of food they serve and the ambience. the seating space is constricted where there is hardly any leg space or space between tables. The sambar served is cold. I wouldn't mind paying the prices they charge provided they offered hot steaming food and improved their ambience. Very very disappointing experience.

Bad taste altogether. Do not continue the legacy of indiranagar & aecs outlet. Weird taste of everything be it dosa, sambhar or chutney. Even coffee was very bad. Will suggest not to go to this outlet
