Very costly! Over rated ! At least reduce 20 -30 rupees on each dish . Who will pay ₹ 100 for a small scoop of Upma + GST

Quality of food was not even close to filter coffee standards. Idli was not soft enough and vada was not fresh

The quality of dosa and Vada is going down. It used to be great, fresh and hot but now the quality is too bad

The food was very tasty. I visit this place almost every month. My experience at the Kadubeesanahalli branch with the service that they offered on 30 May during dinner was pathetic. Along with the food items, I had ordered coffee. i informed the service person that I will have the coffee after I finish my food. the person however prepared the coffee. When I raised an objection, the Manager said they will prepare a fresh coffee and serve after I finish my dinner. after dinner, when I asked for the coffee, the same person again served the coffee but was extremely rude. When I raised a concern to him, he simply did not care and said I could go ahead and write a bad review and he does not care. They did not have a complaint register. I like the food here but I will never go to this branch again. These chains and all businesses need to understand that they need to stop taking customers for granted . My Saturday dinner experience was bad because of the shoddy service at the Filter coffee in Kadubeesanahalli. If your experience is also bad, pls raise a concern. These people and other outlets/ businesses should start realising that they should stop taking customers for granted.

pathetic service. seems to be interested only in billing and not actually serving customer. I was made to wait because my order was served to someone else. when questioned was told to eat something else if you can't wait. if you can't handle basic service you shouldn't be jn business.

I had wait for tea everyday minimum 10 to 15min and the tea taste like hot water and the price had increased like 20rs on tea itself. every single it's a disappointment after waiting for so long tea taste like this. try to attend least justify for the cost your charging

Horrible dosa, and it's of 140Rs. Are you out of your minds? 140rs dosa with 60rs avg filter coffee that too in bangalore. I really hope this restaurant gets shut down and have recommended all my friends not to visit this place ever anywhere in Bangalore.
