Been regular to this place since last 2 years. This is our family’s go to branch place. Best croissant in town, smooth skill fully brewd coffee and a perfect ambience. It’s started to get over crowded now (thanks to jntagram and so called influencers).

French Treaty, food may be good, however the management is disheartening. Expect delays for placing of order and expected food time is 1:30 to 02 hrs after placing order. Today experienced this after ,30mins of placing food order the staff said the would be taken one more hour to get ready. So had to leave without eating . The Manager Mr Shashi, was informed about the same, however he didn't appeared to be apologetic. Being Understaffed cafe, Not Recommended place to visit on weekends.

Been going to French treaty since it first opened and was part of my family’s monthly visit. It was a bit on the expensive side but the quality was the best I have had. However the last time I went they increased their prices and paying Rs. 900 before taxes for eggs Benedict is unfortunately not worth it.

I walked into this place again on the strength of a genuinely great past experience and what a mistake that turned out to be. What was once a well-curated, generous French breakfast platter has now been reduced to a sad, almost insulting fraction of its former self,barely a fifth, if I’m being generous. Same price, drastically diminished offering. That alone tells you everything about where this place is headed. The decline doesn’t stop at the food. The wait times are unreasonable, the seating is downright uncomfortable, and there’s a complete lack of basic thought for customer comfort,especially in this kind of heat. If you’re going to maintain premium pricing, the bare minimum expectation is that you maintain, or at least attempt to maintain, service standards. Clearly, that’s no longer a priority here. We tried a variety of other dishes hoping something might redeem the experience,everything ranged from forgettable to mediocre. The only saving grace was Chang, who was putting in an honest effort to salvage what he could. Unfortunately, one person trying hard cannot compensate for what feels like a place that’s lost its direction entirely. If you’re planning to visit based on older recommendations, don’t. This place is a shadow of what it used to be, and the management seems far too complacent or perhaps too full of themselves to notice or care.

I asked them to get me place for 3, they made me wait but didn’t give place, while their were 2-3 table vacant.
