The Godown is a wonderful place to visit! I had a great time with my family. The staff was very supportive and friendly, and the ambience was excellent. I really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend everyone to visit at least once. 😊

The ambience at this venue was really nice, and some of the service we received was quite good. However, our experience was dampened by the way a mistake was handled. We missed out on the complimentary shooters, and when we brought it up, the General Manager responded very poorly. He told us it was completely our fault and stated that they do not serve them unless explicitly asked. While we understand policies can vary, the situation could have been handled with much better customer service and courtesy. A more professional approach from management would have made a huge difference.
