Parika is now Gourmet Kitchen and bar Yes, the place that was previously called Parika in Hotel Ramanashree has been revamped and renamed to be called The Gourmet Kitchen and Bar here on. They have been open to public from last week after revamp, so chose to taste the buffet lunch with family after weekend shopping around this place. All the Covid-19 precautions are being taken care of well – Patrons are let in only after Temparature check and Sanitization. And staff are masked always, and they also maintain social distancing. Ambiance: 5/5 The place has a plush ambiance and has a comfortable seating, what I liked about the décor in here is the subtle separation that is given to different areas like Small bar counter that is tastefully done with few tables to accommodate the ones who prefer to drink and dine. A buffet table area and seating area around that. Loved the lighting and fell of the place all in all. Food: 4.5/5 As a part of the buffet this is what we had in our lunch – they have buffet served during lunch and dinner is a la carte. Starters: The starters are served straight out of kitchen onto table – which is the best part as the starters will he hot and fresh. Chicken gilafi sheek – this stole my heart – very soft preparation – served hot and mild spiciness. The thought about this dish as I write here is making my mouth water. Fish cooked in black bean sauce – fish Manchurian type of dish that is topped with black bean sauce – loved the crispy and juicy texture in it also the fresh fish being used. Achari paneer – Grilled paneer potato and Pineapple dish – totally loved the mixture of various combination in this plate. Soups: Makai ka shorba – made from fresh corn – was hot and mildy spicy and tasty – loved the corn taste of it. Manchow chicken soup – hot and mildly peppery – was loaded with finely chopped chicken – really wanted to stuff myself with this but stopped quickly because I wanted to relish other dishes. Loved the live Chat counter they have – tried dahi puri, Pani puri – they have variations in pani flavour, and papdi chaat. In Mains we had Chicken Dum biriyani and vegetable dum biriyani – personally loved the vegatable biriyani more. Rotis are made to order of your choice and is served hot directly. Which I can be accompanied with murgh do pyaaza – buttery and creamy chicken curry or mutton roghan josh. If you prefer veg curry then there is Dum aloo Kashmiri – perfectly cooked aloo and creamy and rich dish. They also have salads that are available if u are conscious and would prefer to balance your plate with some veggie. Veg noodles – very well cooked not very oily – and noodles used in making it added to the taste of it. Paired my food with Orange virgin mojito and Cinderella from their mocktail menu. Wrapped up with Warm and delicious Gajar halwa, some kaju katli and Ras malai. Gajar halwa was the perfect screendowner for the buffet show. In a bit, a great place with a great team and yummy food that is affordable.

Last Sunday, my family and I decided to have lunch at a new restaurant that caught our attention with its exciting buffet option. However, our experience took an unexpected turn when we discovered that the vegetarian buffet had a disappointingly limited selection. With just one starter, one soup, two varieties of curry, breads, rice, and gulab jamun for dessert, we opted to switch to the à la carte menu instead. On the brighter side, the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting. The warm lighting and comfortable seating created a relaxed atmosphere, setting the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. When it came to the food, we were delighted by the quality and taste. We started with the lemon coriander soup, which had a refreshing tang and the perfect balance of flavors. The hariyali baby corn Manchurian was beautifully presented, accompanied by a well-composed salad and toppings. The dish itself was flavorful and satisfying. The kadai paneer with butter kulcha and garlic naan was another highlight. The breads were soft and complemented the rich and moderately spicy kadai paneer dish perfectly. To quench our thirst, we ordered the kala khatta mocktail, and it was a true winner. The drink was a refreshing blend of flavors, and each sip was a delightful experience in itself. Despite the initial disappointment with the limited vegetarian buffet options, our à la carte dining experience turned out to be fantastic. The staff at the restaurant were cordial and provided great service throughout our meal. One noteworthy aspect of this place is its affordability, which adds to its charm. In conclusion, I would recommend this restaurant for à la carte dining, especially if you are a vegetarian. The flavorsome dishes, along with the cozy ambience and attentive staff, create a wonderful dining experience. However, if you are a non-vegetarian, the buffet might be a better option for you. Overall, despite the buffet disappointment, our visit to this restaurant left us satisfied and eager to return for another delightful meal.

Makai Ka Shorba STARTERS: 1. Chicken Gilafi Seekh Kebab 2. Fish Cooked in Black Bean Sauce 3. Achari Paneer 4. Dahi Papdi Chat 5. Pani Puri MAIN COURSE: 1. Murgh Do Pyaza 2. Mutton Rogan Josh 3. Chicken Biryani 4. Green Salad 5. Curd Rice 6. Veg Dum Biryani 7. Dum Aloo Kashmiri 8. Stir Fried Veggies in Schezwan Sauce 9. Noodles 10. Rice & Dal Palak DESSERTS: 1. Gajar Halwa 2. Kaju Roll 3. Ras Malai Their every food item was cooked to perfection and was sumptuous. I couldn't pick a single dish to pinpoint. All Covid norms were followed. Right from temperature check to usage of sanitizers to wearing mask. The tables & chairs were sanitized every time the patrons leave. Their staff was very caring and one dedicated staff was attending us frequently to check if we need anything and whether we were enjoying the dining experience. 👉👉 From April onwards, they are giving flat 30% off on food and beverages in the Ala Carte category. 👈👈 So, what are you waiting for? I and my husband visited this restaurant on Sat afternoon for brunch. This restaurant is located inside Ramanashree a luxury gourmet hotel. The restaurant offer you a large space for seating and has quite a nice and vibrant decor. They offer buffet all 7 days in afternoon and ala carte at dinner. If you are looking a multi-cuisine restaurant in pocket friendly prices then this one is perfect for anyone. In buffet they have live counters of chat; starters hot served from the kitchen directly served to plate. They also have bar counter where one can order cocktail mocktail and various beverages. The have vallet parking and huge basement parking also. Now coming to the details of food we tried their buffet. In chat section i loved their pani puri where craneberry pani was their highlight. They also served assorted veg starters of paneer pineapple and potato which was tasty. Hara bhara kabab was just perfect. In soup I tried makai ka shorba. In main course their veg biryani and dum aloo was very tasty. Coming to desserts rasmalai kaju roll and gajar halva was perfect. All the covid protocol are duly in place whole staff serves with masks and gloves to the customer. 30%off offer is going on on ala carte for April month . The restaurant is also equipped for specially abled customers.

This Saturday decided to go for a lunch with family to this new place.. Saw that they have exciting buffet option at very low pricing which was great as we all love to gorge on food. Opted for non vegetarian buffet which included veg and non vegetarian starters and mains too. From the starters I loved the chicken Gulafi seekh and fish tossed in black sauce. With so much heat outside really enjoyed the Dahi Puri from the chaat counter and the orange mint virgin mojito. In mains really liked that chicken biryani and mutton rogan josh. In dessert I loved the Kesari rasamalai. Really cordial staff and great service all together. This place is really affordable which is the best part.

My car was taken by the valet parking guy in spite of me insisting that I will park the car. He took , hit the car in the parking so badly damaging the full right side, side mirror also came out. Anup ghosh - The manager of the restaurant signed a document stating that they will pay the damage and now when the quotation of the repair came. He is denying to pay and also stopped responding to messages. Attaching pics of these cheaters .
