One of the best steakhouse which serves amazing stakes and good drinks. The portion size is good too! We went on a weekday so there wasn’t much crowd but they can surely improve on service! They are not pet friendly on zomato but they surely allow your fur baby if you have strollers for him/her. Nice cozy place to enjoy your time with partner and friends ❤️

Had dinner at The Grill House and their steaks completely won me over. Cooked exactly right, with so much flavor in every bite. Genuinely one of the best steak experiences I’ve had in a while — highly recommend if you’re a steak lover

This has been my goto place for steak in Bangalore for past few years, and the food and service used to be really commendable. But my recent visits have not been upto the mark, and today was probably my last visit here. The food quality was subpar. My chicken was chewy and initial time taken to prepare was 30+ minutes. When I complained about it being chewy, they took away the chicken(quite willingly and enthusiastically). I was expecting much better quality like how I have been served here many times before. They took another good 15 minutes before returning back with an "oily piece of chicken", like leftover food that is thrown away. It was not even a full piece of chicken. They could have just not taken away my food with so much jest and enthusiasm if this is what they wanted to bring in return. Mind you, we are regulars there, so not sure how they treat people who go there for the first time. I discarded the entire plate of food obviously, coz the rest of the items were cold by now and the piece of chicken they brought back, even a stray animal would have discarded. I asked for the bill, and they were again taking a lot of time, so I had to walk to the reception. The manager had the audacity to say, "Sir Bill is 1185, you pay only 1000".. I had no response, and despite the irritation I was feeling, I actually had a laugh. What has this place even come to ! I never asked them to give me a discount. I was disappointed with the classless behavior of the manager, staff and the chef who thought it would be nice to send me an oily piece of throwaway chicken in return of the steak they willingly took back :) I asked to talk to the owner, but they denied. Guess they have a lot of customers, so they do not mind losing a few :) Thanks for your hospitality over the years. This was definitely an eye opener, and most certainly my last visit. Hope you treat your customers better !
