I recently visited The Grill House and had a mixed experience overall. For food, the Green House Beef Steak was well-cooked, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The Cheese Chicken Cutlet was also quite good, with a nice balance of texture and taste. However, the Chicken Penne Alfredo was only average and lacked the richness and flavor I expected. The biggest disappointment was the service. The waitstaff seemed inattentive and lacked customer service skills. They rarely checked on the table to see if anything was needed, and we had to call them multiple times—often three times—for even basic assistance. The service felt slow and lethargic, which affected the overall dining experience. While the food had some strong points, the restaurant would benefit greatly from improving its customer service and staff attentiveness. Overall rating: 3/5.

Food needs to improve as fee dishes tasted underrated. Service is slow and needs to improve. Mosquitos all around seating areas so need to be immediately cleaned up.
