It was well spread buffet with all items we expected… and food quality was also. Awesome. Just chicken biryani : could have more fresh chicken: it was smelling a little ( happens at most restro) . Rest all excellent. Zomato was also accepted but pls provide Atleast whatever eligible Marriot bonvoy point on actual paid bill. Only thing I can see a room for improvement. Complimentary mocktail also provided but it could have been more better though…. Thanks Agrajit , Manjeet and all… overall nice experience.

The Mutton curry had good flavor but not hot it was not heated properly. The dessert menu offered awide range of choices. our booking was 2:45 pm ,SOwe didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the experience. Thr RECEPTIONIST REPEATEDLY reminded multiple times that the restaurant would close at 3:30 pm,which made the e perience feel a bit rushed.

Excellent buffet : excellent service by Agrajit , Manjeet Just Marriot Bonvoy point could have been provided even paid by Zomato Chicken biryani: chicken piece pls keep more fresh. It was smelling (like I see in most restro) complimentary mocktail : more tastier could have been All other food : excellent quality

I recently visited the Madurai food festival at Hebbal Cafe, Courtyard Marriott Hebbal, after over 1.5 years. The food was delicious—credit to Chef Athi Lakshmi and the kitchen team. Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown: · The staff had no clue about ingredients in the theme-based dishes, even after asking 4 different people. · Poor coordination: orders were forgotten until I followed up after 10–15 minutes. · Reluctance to help: I waited 15 minutes for reheated soggy veg starters. When I asked for fresh crispy ones, they said it would take 20–30 more minutes—clearly trying to avoid extra work. · The restaurant manager was arrogant, loud, and unprofessional—more like a dhaba owner than a Marriott leader, walking around while talking loudly and loosely. I’ve been coming here since it opened, but sadly, the standards have slipped. Huge opportunity for team training.
