I am a regular in hole in the wall. I usually order their cold coffee and any stuffed omelette and it never disappoints me. But today for a change i tried their iced latte and it was terrible! It was basically 80% water 20% milk and instant coffee.. I only took one sip and i left it just like that! I hate wasting food but this was too bad!! I honestly expected some staff to ask me why i didnt drink my coffee when they come to clear it the table , but the staffs were unbothered!

After eating the food I found a small hair in the plate. Seeing that I felt very uncomfortable. I shown that to the waiter he took the plate and no response. I again asked and the waiter confirm it's a hair and he waiter left the table without any proper response. I have never seen such behavior. I was clearly a hygiene issue. We were 4 people and at the end one of my friends asked for a photo but that guy told don't have time and left with attitude. My experience was very bad 👎

Service was super fast n polite. Extremely disappointed with how the food tasted. Wish there was an option to give a negative rating. NOT AT ALL worth the money. Presentation no doubt is good, look at the pictures. As the saying goes "looks are deceptive". This place is not for authentic English breakfast, you don't get that satisfaction u know.

Extremely disappointing. We waited 30 mins to eat really awful food. the pistachio cream french toast looked like green goblin's diarrhea. Never coming back here. contracted food poisoning.

The staff was reluctant and served us non veg dishes instead of vegetarian. The service is not worth and the staff is very pathetic
