I love love love hole in the wall, koramangala! It’s my go to breakfast joint! Nothing like the ambience that serves a homely vibe and the food that’s comforts your taste buds and cravings! Cannot count the number of times I’ve come here and have been forever visiting here since so many years. At least once a month, I make sure I drop in for a quick brunch or an early morning breakfast or dinner. I’d definitely recommend Dirty Dog which is the perfect go to grab of mine! And the raspberry coal float to gulp it down is a treattttt!! This is the real coke float! You must also have their blueberry waffle which is has the perfect amount of sweetness and crunch! Every item on the menu is deliciousness served on a platter! ❤️💯 A lot perfect 10/10

The chicken steak burger was good and the pasta was great and also service from Sameer was great. Overall totally worth it place to visit.

We are regular customers at Hole in the Wall Café and usually really enjoy coming here — it’s one of our favourite breakfast spots. Today, however, we had a disappointing experience with one of the specials (pork chops with mashed potatoes). The pork chops were very difficult to cut and felt slightly undercooked for our preference. Since we are familiar with this dish and the cut of meat, we politely requested that it be cooked just a little more. Unfortunately, the interaction with the lady chef afterward felt quite uncomfortable. Instead of simply addressing the request, we were given a rather dismissive explanation about how the dish is “supposed” to be and that it is a Western preparation. The tone came across as rude and defensive. Even when a different knife was used to demonstrate, the meat was still clearly not cutting through smoothly. What made this more disappointing is that we genuinely like this place and were not trying to be difficult — just asking for a small adjustment so we could enjoy the meal. We’ll continue to visit because the café is usually lovely, but I do hope the team handles such feedback more graciously in the future. A more welcoming response would have made a big difference today.

The food here is pretty good but service is terrible! It takes so long to get a server to take your order and then the order itself takes ages to arrive. Honestly don’t understand the hype behind the place - the queues on weekends are a total put-off. I usually get some variation of a loaded omelette/ some kind of hotdog and/or the blueberry cheesecake waffle.

ambience is good but little things like tissue paper and providing only a single 5 rupees butter pack, which they know they have to work on but I think they ignore it for some reason.

Coffee was weak and disappointing. This is despite the waiter assuring us that a 'Double Flat' had two shots of espresso and what we were served clearly didn't. They also charged us for another shot of espresso when we told them the coffee was weak.

The restaurant needs to get their staff trained on basic etiquettes. One of the staff who was serving us (male staff with bleached golden hair) was extremely rude. He almost pushed the food plate and beverage towards us and turned and started going away while I was trying to tell him that the non veg sandwich is mine and I told my friend that these guys dont listen. He turned back and said “excuse me” in a very rude and condescending tone as if it he is questioning me. It felt very unwelcoming. I would avoid going here from next time.

We order one hot chocolate. We didn’t had any sip from it and there was a fly went into the cup. We told the staff to take it back and remove the item from the bill but they said it’s not possible. Not blaming the staff and all but the cafe should take the responsibilities. Not satisfied

We ordered chilly chicken burger, baked chicken omelette, french fries, cold coffee , hot chocolate and lime soda. None of them were good except the baked omelette and cold coffee. They even ruined classic fries by over frying without salt
