On the phone they confirmed that they have an AC section. On visiting, at 12:30 pm, they were still cleaning the AC filters, which was completed by 12:55 and the AC was switched on. Even after 30 minutes we were sweating. Pathetic to see an ineffective 1.5 ton AC in such a large room. We left soon after as it was unbearably warm and humid inside. Will probably never go back after this poor experience

The ambiance is honestly the only redeeming part of this place. Unfortunately, both the service and the beer quality were extremely disappointing. If you watch the beer being poured, it’s pretty clear the taps haven’t been maintained properly the beer tasted off and seemed contaminated with yeast buildup. The service was equally frustrating. We had to call the waitstaff multiple times before anyone would even come to take our order, and the same thing was happening to the table next to us as well. Overall, the experience did not live up to the atmosphere the place tries to create.

They only focus on large groups that are not fair. Even if one is alone, he/she is paying hence entitle to a good service

They did not let us pay through Zomato and get the available discount saying they are no longer associated with Zomato. Added 10% service charge to the bill and removed after we pointed out. The food menu had no prices mentioned so they could add a price of choice. The watermelon feta salad was horrible had to return it. Pork was tasteless. Very rude and horrible staff. Not going back there for sure.

Your manager is very rude and abnoxious. He really has no business being in this industry. Also one of your waiters, some newish guy, equally rude, maybe they are related, nepotism y'know... We paid via Swiggy and were then treated like garbage, like we had committed some crime. Is the owner aware of these people? Or maybe he likes this sort of service to customers.

even after booking a table, we didn't get one. over and above we had to pay cover charges and then were told there is no table. so need to wait . and when told we have a prior booking via zomato, they say we don't take zomato bookings. extremely poor service.
