Huge thanks to the team for outstanding service. We accidentally ordered a dish with cheese, and my wife is allergic and couldn’t eat it. So we had our rest of the meal and paid the bill and were about to leave, when the staff stepped in to clear the plates, she noticed that one food item was left untouched and she offered a replacement....and immediately acted on it. They made a no cheese version as a takeaway and, while we waited, they even served us their special tea at no extra cost. Their care and quick response truly touched us ...something many places would have ignored. The ambience was great and the food was good too, must try their kebabs. Special thanks to the staff and the manager who handled everything so graciously. This was our first visit and we left very impressed.

I had a wonderful experience at The Lokum! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was flavorful, well-presented, and clearly made with care. A special mention to Rajat, who truly elevated our experience. His service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we were comfortable throughout and even gave great recommendations that we really enjoyed. Overall, The Lokum is a fantastic place for both food and service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be visiting again!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served fresh. The ambiance was comfortable and made for a pleasant dining experience. A special mention to Rajath, who provided excellent service throughout. He was attentive, polite, and ensured everything was taken care of without being intrusive. His professionalism and friendly approach really added to the overall experience. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others looking for good food and great service.

The driest mandi I’ve ever had. Even smaller places serve much better. The chicken was overcooked and completely dry to the bone. What made it worse was the lack of sides, something that usually comes with mandi everywhere I’ve tried it, whether in the Middle East or across India. Here, they only served a basic soup and nothing else, which made the whole experience quite disappointing. We spent around ₹4500, with a half plate of mandi priced around ₹800–900. Having eaten mandi in different parts of the world, this felt like the most expensive one and unfortunately, nowhere close to being worth the price.

I was really looking forward to this place, expecting an authentic Turkish and Middle Eastern dining experience with fresh, hot food rather than the kind you get with takeout. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The chicken in the mandi was extremely dry, and both the pita and the chicken lacked freshness. While the presentation of the lamb chops was impressive, the taste didn’t live up to expectations, and there was very little meat. Given the high prices, I definitely expected much better.

horrible food. cheesy hummus was not hot. oita bread was cold. we ordered one lamb kebab that was also not upto the mark. we left without ordering.
