Visited noodle theory for the first time, I must say food is good quality and quantity is good enough BUT terrible service, I would probably never go back because of the service. The staff isn’t trained they take forever to make the food and conveniently give the wrong order and I pointed out how the service was bad and the owner/manager snapped at me and created a ruckus. If the customer isn’t valued enough I don’t understand how a restaurant will work.

it was literally a worst experience over there never gonaa come back to noodles theory to waste my time mood and energy , the staff over there literally don't have basic etiquettes and hospitality, I have order one cold coffee and for that also I need to come up from my table again and again as the milk was destroyed they couldn't serve me the coffee but the same thing can be conveyed to me by coming up to my table instrwad of calling me and convainng the same it's totally self service again and again we need to get up no cutlaries and tissues in the table washroom also not working, worst place
