Good food with reasonably good portions. Crispy lotus stem and chilli lamb were particularly good. staff were knowledgeable and helpful. please note that the zomato discount is only applicable to the food and not beverages.

Good food and ambience. The experience soured when they refused to honour the Dineout offer for beverages. They didn't give us any advance notice even though we had told them that it was an offer booking. They can do much better on hospitality.

have been to the Lavelle rd, Rice bowl multiple times and decided to give the Ulsoor one a shot cuz it's closer home the worst decision of the day. the food tasted nothing like what we were expecting. we ordered the chilli garlic prawn, calamari and the thai curry. not only was the taste grossly sub par to what you'd expect at rice bowl. it also gave both my husband n me, stomach issues the next morning.. the 2 star is only for the service, which was pleasant and efficient. the entire kitchen and quality team needs a revamp

For lunch we ordered the spinach prawns which were tasty. then we had the mix fried rice which was super bland. along with it ordered the pork roast chilly which was again bland and lacking flavor...overall needs major improvement

Did not let me apply the discount for the fresh lime soda u ordered saying discount not applicable to drinks and u had to pay for it separately, even though my booking said the discount was applicable on the entire bill

The food could have been better in general. The dim sums both the vegetarian and the chicken ones had a lot of oil inside them and quite unhealthy. The serving staff are overall nice.
