We have been visiting the secret place restobar from last 3 years, good ambience, fast service and good food too.. friendly staff, I will give 10/10 rating for this place

The service was very poor. A single order took too much time for delivery, and the staff behaved casually and were not attentive.

The situation devolved into a genuine safety hazard when the disruptive group began acting recklessly, resulting in multiple glasses and bottles being smashed on their table and the floor. Shards were scattered in the common area, posing a serious risk to both guests and staff. ​This level of uncontrolled chaos is unacceptable in any public establishment. We spent the remainder of our time anxious about the debris and the group's unpredictable actions, not enjoying our food. While a restaurant can occasionally have a bad night, this was a display of management negligence regarding a serious safety breach. I cannot recommend "Secret Palace" until they demonstrate a clear commitment to maintaining a safe environment and enforcing basic conduct rules. Avoid this place if you value a peaceful, safe dining experience.

Never ever order Hyderabad biryani here . This is only for drinks and starters even though no taste it is manageable . I was provided washbowls while in middle of food only that was the most funniest part This place is only one time visit place thanks to Instagram for taking their with false highlight comments
