We always head to The Square when it comes to family celebrations. The team was very accomodating and the food was mostly good although the Biriyani could be improved.

Ventilation needs to be improved, and the live music is excessively loud. There is a clear mismatch between my booking at 12:00 and the restaurant's start at 12:30.

Absolutely the worst meal I have had in Bangalore in the past 15 years. The starters were cold, dry, tasteless. This includes the prawn cutlet, the chicken kebab, the gobi 65. All bad. Then the fuchka was just out of a packet. Tasted synthetic. The main course was slightly better pulao was good, veg dishes were good, mutton was ok. But now I made the big mistake of ordering maach bhaja, and it was simply rotten. Smelled bad, tasted bad. Desserts were regular cheap buffet quality. This buffet costed me 2799 plus taxes, even bbq nation would be better than this.

I reached this restaurant around 3-3.0pm and placed order for pizza and pasta . After taking order they came back saying pizza is not available. Then we got pasta which was not good at all. I think they can improve on the sauce of pasta it tasty weird taste wise

They turned off the AC halfway through the Buffet. Poor poor customer service from a brand like Novotel. Additionally there were cockroaches around our table.
