While the ambience is pleasant and appropriate for families for which I am giving three stars, I felt the food needs to be improved in terms of taste. The ambience has a nice pastel shade theme running across the restaurant. The restaurant is spacious with big tables and chairs and sofas. The menu offers a lot of variety in terms of fusion north indian food, italian food, mexican, chinese, etc. While on paper it seems extravagant and good when we actually ordered the food nothing tasted good. We ordered the smokey verdure pizza but the taste was bland with hardly and flavors. We then ordered white sauce ravioli and even that didn't taste good. The sauce didn't have much flavour and the dish was bad. We ordered veg manchuria and that was good. Finally seeing the desserts display we wanted to try something different so we ordered chocolate kunafa and chocolate caramel. Both were disappointing in taste, were too sweet and just didn't taste good. There were other desserts on display like tiramisu and chocolate truffle cake but we didn't try those. Rates are also too high! We ordered biscoff cold coffee and hazelnut cold coffee and both were good. You can visit only for ambience and cold coffee. otherwise experience was not as good as it should have been!

Have been 3-4 times here with excellent food and service, but this time Sandwich and starter for peri peri platter was served cold. Had ordered sizzler, but server was bit inexperienced and spilled some expensive food, had to ask everytime to serve while they bring the food. Not sure why they have forgotten to serve food, sizzler cannot be easily handled by ourselves. Brocolli Soup was bit watery this time, first time it was rich and creamy.

My wife and I were there to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The first disappointment was that the AC wasn’t working. However, the variety on the menu got us excited. We started with Jack & Jill cocktail along with blue lagoon arancini croquettes and spicy tandoori chipotle mushroom and broccoli. While the tandoori starter was great, the croquettes were barely warm. We also had burnt garlic soup and that was good too. We then moved to the main course and ordered the Seoul Fire pizza. The crust was hard and crispy and the pizza itself didn’t feel too cheesy, but the flavours were good. We finally ended with hazelnut crunch for our dessert and that turned out to be a disaster. There was no crunch, the cream tasted stale and instead of biscoff ice cream, they gave us vanilla. Overall the experience was quite underwhelming. Not something I would go back to.

Soup was hot and good. Then came the bland cheese garlic toast and then came uncooked roomali roti and undercooked paneer curry. It was not a weekend or rush hour yet the food was below average Would not visit here again!
