Just had the meat fest pizza from here, and it was amazing! The crust was perfectly crisp with just the right amount of char, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I also tried their calzones and sourdough sandwiches—both were fantastic! If you’re looking for a spot with great woodfire pizza and more, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

A real festival for your taste buds, Thyme was everything and more. From their chilli cheese toast to their blueberry boba tea, this was a real treat, both food and ambience wise. The owner Karthik and his very welcoming family made the experience all the more better. Highly recommend for all the food lovers in Brookefield and near to visit.

Lovely little space in the heart of AECS layout. I loved the pizza. Best sourdough pizza in the neighbourhood. Budget friendly, good service and very friendly host. I had a very good experience.

i tried chicken and mushroom pizza . the taste was really awsome. affordable pricing .chicken pepperoni was also delicious along with extra mushroom toppings
