Avinash was extremely helpful. I think this was a one-off situation where the food failed to hit the mark. The chicken roast was amazing though.

I made reservations for my customer dinner about a month ago. Then I made a confirmation call to this restaurant on Monday because this customer dinner was really important. They said no worries, the seat are safely secured. After that I also got confirmation mail and website from them as well. When I went to this restaurant on Friday and said my name at the front, they said it is occupied for the event. I was so upset and ungry with this unrespectful service.
