Absolutely appalling. When you’re paying ₹650 for a pasta and ₹200 per mocktail, you’re paying for quality and hygiene - not this. I found an insect in both of my drinks. initially assumed it was an unfortunate mistake. But finding another insect in the second bottle as well was deeply disturbing. The restaurant should take note of it and investigate who is doing this in their kitchen - because it definitely seems deliberate. Such cases are on a rise in India lately. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the pasta and ended up throwing the entire order away. The whole point of ordering from a premium restaurant is the assurance of hygiene. If that’s compromised, what exactly are customers paying extra for? Based on this experience, I would urge others to order at their own risk.
