Finally a truffles that’s not far away and of course no complaints. The food absolutely delicious and the ambience is real cute. Please try their Tres Leches, the best one I have had.

We ordered subs, a steak, a burger and a wrap. the peri peri wrap and tex mex burger was good. While truffles with its iconic brand is trying to expand with more outlets, JP nagar outlet's ambience was well done, but the staff attitude was disappointing. Afternoon time, almost empty, and 5 of us were asked to shift from a 6 seater to another 6 seater table; just because the next to table of 8 was reserved for 9, who did not turn up all the way till we left. This is sufficient enough for the outlet manager to understand. And surely, Truffles, does not serve the best tasting menu in town in all its categories.

I’ve been to Truffles in JP Nagar multiple times and usually enjoy the place, but today’s experience was shockingly bad, bad enough that we left within 10 minutes. The manager on duty was extremely rude right from the start, with a lot of unnecessary attitude. We politely asked for a specific table, and despite the restaurant not being crowded and having plenty of empty space, he bluntly refused and said it wasn’t available. What was even more frustrating was that just a few minutes later, he gave that exact same table to another group. There was zero transparency or fairness in how we were treated. His tone and body language were disrespectful throughout it genuinely felt like he had no interest in treating customers with basic courtesy. There was no attempt to explain, no politeness, just arrogance. By that point, the whole experience already felt uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. Even when we asked for the bill, he continued being dismissive and rude, with no sense of professionalism or customer service. It honestly felt like he thought he was above everyone else, and that kind of behavior completely ruins what is otherwise a good place. I’ve had good experiences here before, but after today, I seriously question whether I’d want to come back. This kind of staff behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

So bad. Had the worst experience ever, Had their baby corn and their all American cheese burger and I’ve been sick and such terrible food that I had to take medicines and a sick day after that terrible food poisoning. Would not recommend at all!

Terrible service. We were a group of 4 and they didn’t allow us to even finish our food. Late service. Not worth going to this branch. St. Marks Road or Koramangala branch is the place to go.

pathetic service , had to call in staff multiple times to check on the order .
