This is our go to place in Bengaluru. They know what they are doing pretty well. from food to service, you will have a professional approach in everything. love their burgers, and baked goodies.

I tried All American Lamb burger and it was good. Experience while serving was excellent. I paid the bill using debit card. The payment was accepted and the waiter said thank you as well. Then I walked out of the hotel. Then another waiter (not the one serving) me comes after me and shows the same bill and says I have not paid the bill. They did not even bother to check with the waiter who served me and took payment from me via debit card. In front of other customers, I was humiliated when they asked me that I had not pied the bill. I had to show the sms from my bank where it clearly showed i had paid the bill to Truffles. Just because a person doesn't wear premium clothes, please do not judge him for a freeloader!!

This has become a Bangalore thing. Iconic and excellent eateries going steadily downhill. Truffles is one of those places. A place where having their burgers sometimes used to be the highlight of the day now evokes an “ugh.. not that place”. This place decreased its food quality and service so steadily that it, I guess, only survives on milking its old name whatever is left of; and, the sheer number of people that keep migrating to Bangalore every year. Or course the deliveries as well which as you would see if you go there is prioritised over you who is sitting there inside. They have mosquitoes inside the AC/closed area now. Last I went there they literally were not even looking at tables where solo restaurant goers were sitting. That happening for 10-20 mins while you are also looking up and gesturing to attract someone’s attention. This is as apathetic as it goes for a restaurant and as it happens with such restaurants - they can only milk the past glory so much; once gone out of favour, out for good. Burgers and their grilled fishes which were once known for their freshness and juiciness taste clearly stale now and they also try to mask the main ingredients qualities in secondary ingredients. Bun/bread quality has become so worse! Bad to average food; very bad service; zero ambience. Nope, I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

Truffles in only good for desserts I dono about all the food items but I tried paneer bowl i wish i never eat that food again it was so so horrible i mean I can’t even rate it 1/5 it was that bad and I ordered chocolate truffle cake which was really nice only desserts I have tried here are good so far I recommend everyone to try starters , bowl or main course here 🙏🏻 I dono who prepared that paneer bowl it was so bad that I couldn’t also swallow it

The management is terrible. Two of us had gone to this place. They only gave service in the two seater table. They did not let us sit in the 4 seater table. Even after we asked. We order a minimum of 6-8 dishes. We come here for the food, but if the management is this terrible, how will the cafe survive?

horrible outlet this is. rude server. hardly any veg options and everything with paneer. all options were marked as sold out. so disgusting. last time ever visiting this outlet. servers name is Lilly. is what she said. seen better sandwiches on road side stall

My friend had the 3 pepper chicken steak today and fell sick. While I had the fish steak and fell sick. Kinda disappointed with the quality of food.

Horrible experience with the food take away . Thai curry was tangy with peanuts and stale coconut milk used . Had to throw away the whole curry
