Took our toddler for lunch to Tycoons on a sunday. We were offered a high chair and since our son would refuse to sit in one, they got us an extra cushion to add to his chair. The staff are so sweet and friendly. The food arrived at our table very quickly and they were very keen to check in on any additional requests. Highly recommend this restaurant for the lovely staff!

The place, food etc was great. Swiggy dineout showed a 25% discount on the bill but I couldn't find the offer when it was time to pay the bill. I feel cheated 😕

The service was decent. Thomas and Tolly were very hospitable and made sure we had a great time dining out at Tycoons. The food, however, could have been better. Pad Thai noodles seemed undercooked. The tandoori platter was delicious though. but, the mocktails were not up to the mark. we ordered three different types of mocktails but the ingredients seemed the same for two of them. virgin Sangria was okayish. but the other two seemed the same. one should have had strawberry in it. the bartenders could have informed about the unavailability of the given ingredients but they didn't and we had cucumbers pieces as a filler lol. so, good for food and service. but, not for mocktails.

The service was very slow, cutlery was not given and had to be requested a few times. Ordered black dhal , which I found was not up to the mark and not fresh

The Kingfisher draught was exceptionally weak. Chicken Tikka was overcooked, hard, and dry. Shaking Beef and Red Wine Sangria were okay.

They charged us 10% service charge which is illegal. Their explanation was that since we booked thro Zomato it is applicable. They mentioned that if they have to remove the service charges then cancel the booking thro Zomato. This is unacceptable and the service charged included in our bill will be taken up with the concerned authorities.

Pathetic service. Apps shows that restaurant is open till 3:30 AM but the waiter Kumar was on our head to pay the bill at 12:00 coz restaurant was closing. He also nicked my cigarettes. Very bad experience

When you charge 600rs for a dish you should have some quality and presentation to it. Zero is what I would rate. Only good thing is sevice staff
