Ordered Food today using Zomato Online with Web browser and the Delivery was so quick and very professional and also the Food Taste from this hotel was too good.  Packing of the food was very nice and clean. Couldn't give the review for the Order for both Delivery boy [ Naveena R  : 9738410280 ] and hotel via Zomato as i booked it without logging into my account. I would recommend this hotel for others as well, especially the Mushroom Pepper Dry and Shavigebath ordered was awesome.

This is one of my go-to place for chats, dosas, north Indian food. Must try are their special chats like hesarubele masala, kodubale masala, nippat masala. Their rava idli is just melt in mouth. Vada in Sambhar dip is heavenly. Dosas too are do good. Their roti curry combo is a delight for dinner. Light on pocket too. However their zomato prices seem costly and also the specials are not on zomato menu.

We ordered paper dosa, idli, and vada. The kitchen staff was constantly shouting, and the cashier was extremely rude. When we brought up an issue, he didn’t care and told us to either eat the food or take a refund and leave. We took a parcel, but the packaging was terrible. The boxes were of poor quality, and the food smelled and tasted bad because of them. The dosa and vada tasted like oily paper—completely inedible. The staff kept fighting among themselves in front of customers, which was very unprofessional. Overall: Poor service and rude staff. Bad packaging quality. Food was of horrible quality with no hygiene. The cashier's attitude was unacceptable. Not worth even 1 star. Terrible experience.

The worst hotel in this surrounding, the cashier is very rude, he doesnt respond to anything. He is busy in his own world. When asked he says that that is the way he is and we can dine here if we want to or go somewhere else. Theye do not know how to treat cx, we used to visit 2-3 times a week the cashier is least bothered about cx. When asked if that is the way to treat loyal cx he says that this is how he will treat everyone, you can complain to whomever u want to. When asked who the management is he says he is the management is he says he is only the management, what can you do abt it. I urge the owner of this hotel to talk some sense into his staff and advise them to be polite to cx.

i have visited in the morning for breakfast and coffee i found mosquito in coffee i have went and showed to the. coffee making guy and he was like it's ur mistake he blamed me how can I do it i dint even drink coffee just kept in table the way he spoken in attitude and and service it's worst

Recently faced worst experience in this hotel.. Waiters behaviour is worst and the owner as well.. Prices are too high and taste is not upto the mark. Felt waste of money.. They should change their attitude first and should learn how to behave with customers.

please remove this hotel from the list, yesterday ordered masala dosa. it was not all crispy. Ordered rava idli, it was not even warm. Informed the cashier, he was least bothered to take the feedback. Don't waste your money.

Today I ordered Set Dosa n Idly… But Disgusting coz found hair in one of the set dosa… Throwed it anyway.. Maintain some Hygiene in food Dnt be so careless.. Totally Food waste n money too

You want IDLY,DOSA,RICE, VERY GOOD COFFEE then go to KAAPI KATTE just 1km from this place. You will love it MASALA DOSA 25₹ COFFEE 10₹
