Passing by the lanes found this place. The place is neat and clean and very tidy. Very similar to other Udupi style places. A breakfast for 2 with juice costed approx 200. We had Rava Idli, Vada, Thatte idli, juices. The idlis were hard and not spongy. Felt this was not very well soaked before being cooked. The rava idli was good and had good flavors. The chutney was not very smooth too. Could be better like other similar places.

Review for Delivery by Zomato for UDUPI KITCHEN. I ordered VADA @ of ₹119/- I have ordered the same before. Today the item has been delivered with other items but I was surprised see only 1 piece of Vada where as earlier they have sent 2 pieces. If you read the online menu there is another entry for Vada @ ₹ 48/- & clearly mentions single. Please see my invoice & a screenshot of the online menu. I WOULD TERM THIS AS CHEATING THE CUSTOMER. However it could have been a genuine mistake done by the packing staff & I condone the same. When you are hungry even a genuine mistake can become a big issue.

Ordered Paneer Pepper Dry, Paneer Tikka Masala, Gobi Manchurian for take away and had mint lime soda there itself. Service as usual always take time here, no issue for that. But their beverage section has only Non Kannadiga inexperienced guys who can not make Udupi style tea and coffee- but even beverages like lime soda etc they prepare like real bad. Seems kitchen is only focusing on low pay and hence this. Plus hygiene has gone down the drain- you can see beverage section real messy and filthy. Main kitchen since it is not that visible you can’t see much. Decided not to go again

Ordered 1 rava masala, 1 butter papaer masala dosa, an orange juice and a filter coffee. Juice was purely water. Saw the chef preparing dosa use his bare hands to apply masala. He even left kitchen to go to the washroom. Could not bring myself to eat the food after seeing this. Complained about the juice and the server said it is because we ordered sugar free juice.

All burnt, masala just for name sake in masala dosa, worst taste of dosa, looked like they used already prepared set dosa and put some boiled potatoes inside, sprinkled chilli powder generously. Sambhar was sweet.worst dosa ever.

Insect was found today morning in sambar. I asked them to throw that sambar away but still they kept delivering it to Zomato/ Swiggy guys in front of me. Skip this store for your own safety.

Don't try any North Indian food from udapi. It is good for South Indian. I have tried pav bhaji it was bad in taste I rate minus the worst I ever had

The food was cooked in old reused oil and was salty. When you speak about this to the staff they are very rude. Poor and depleting quality.

Worst ever sambar that I have tasted. Some chilli powder is added to water, boiled and they call it sambar here
