I had ordered lot of items and saved the masala dosa that was delivered at 4 pm. At 10 pm decided to have dinner and opened the box and found Masala dosa still so fresh, and the aloo stuffing tasted like it was just made. I heated it up in oven and it was yummy masala dosa for dinner. See the pics. Note: iam just a individual who is not connected or relative to anyone in this hotel Udupi Palace. I am just a traveller who happened to be in Bangalore. Hope this review helps others to decide from where to order good food if you are around BTM/HSR layout

Udupi Palace is such a Common place for me that it never came to my mind to write a review about it until Google asked me about my experience here😉 I am probably one of the most frequent customer of this place. Let it be breakfast every weekend or a casual evening tea time place with friends... Udupi Palace has one of my favorite place to opt for. This is one of the finest south Indian Style food corner. From Sambar dipped Idly to vegetable Cutlet in evening Snacks... I love the taste of almost every dish here. A pure vegetarian place where the taste is perfect without too much of masala. The price is so reasonable that sometimes it's hard to believe. Every staff here is very active. Though it's a crowdy place most of the time, the cooking staff always reach the expectations in terms of maintaining the taste and providing in time. The cleaning staff keeps roaming to make the table ready for the next phase. That's the best part about Udupi is that even in a crowd, I never failed to get a table or ever compromised on the taste. A must try place in my opinion, if you don't care of any ambience but just want a great quality food with perfect taste.

There are one too many places that you can dine at, in HSR Layout and there is something for everyone and every budget! This is another great spot for a typical Bangalore style breakfast with sweet sweet Udupi sambar and freshly made idlis, vadas and the whole affair! Their bisibelebath was really good compared to their contemporaries and their thali was satiating and equally delicious with a hearty portion of rice paired with rasam, dal and pooris. Their staff is sweet and they have ample seating and parking.

We found a cockroach in panneer fried rice. request to maintain clean and hygiene.while cooking check and maintain cleanliness at cooking areas.

Worst customer service. The owner argued it is sweet pongal though it has chillies, pepper and served with raita. The management was not ready to admit the fault (lot of sugar was added to khara pongal) and asked to eat if we want or to leave it. Zero customer value. The kitchen was unhygienic and the spoons had food remains in them.

I ordered rava idly. Very very poor quality. They have delivered me old unfresh idly. See the photo, you will know. I spent 220 for 2 idles n musambi juice was so bitter. I won't suggest this hotel...waste of money. Did not meet our expectation.

Wrong items was delevered and food was too cold to even eat!!!! At the end I had to throw the food out and start cooking at night!!!! Please do not do these!!

Worst food plus worst behaviour of staff...Need to have a training for behavioral issues...Food was also not too
