We got here around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and got seated immediately. We got the regular meals, which had pooris, holige, sambhar, same, curd rice etc. while the food was okay, it was quite underwhelming. Cold, very mildly delicious, muddled flavours, not bad but definitely not great. Very very mid. Okay for a one time try, but that's pretty much it..

Food items are very expensive when compared to similar hotels of this type. For example masala dose is more than Rs.100/-. Please visit to this hotel before thinking.

Third rated service & attitude of the cashier / manager and waiters are like dead zombies . Manager has a sick customer non friendly attitude . We were a group of 25 and the manager behaved like a hooligan and with no respect for the customers . If the owners don't throw this guy out , Udupi will soon close down after losing its name totally . The next gen has enough customer friendly options and they won't care about legacy or old name . One of the worst ever experience in my life . Recommend that NOBODY visits this waste restaurant in Gandhi bazaar

please don't go by the name..!! found a worm in a kesari bath !! What the manager has to say is even more shocking, says it's JUST a small worm ignore it.. !!!
