The way it opened and overtime where it is going, I see a downtrend. The quality of food along with the service is deteriorating. They are charging insane prices compared to the quality they are providing. After every month you see an increased price. At this point they are even charging higher than Rameshwaram cafe. I hope we get some good south indian breakfast joints on Sarjapur, which would give good competition to this outlet.

Ordered Kara bath has no salt. Even chutney salt was less. Pudina chutney was salty to compensate . Coffee was excellent. For the money it wasn’t worth it if you can’t make it perfect.

If there is a zero star, this place deserves that. We went in the afternoon for lunch and ordered 2 meals. Each costs around 230 and watermelon juice is cold pressed which is around 200 (I don't know the exact amount) Firstly, the place stinks. Near the handwash especially. The cleanliness is not up to the mark. I complained to the people. We got the watermelon juice which was 250ml which is literally in a coffee glass and its around 200 rupees. We mentioned this to the owner/manager. This is very less quantity for this price. You can see other self service outlets which provide better pricing. The store manager said it's your wish, you are not forced to buy. He also said why should I look at other prices. My price is this. We got angry that why the manager/owner not even consider feedback and criticism from customers. I mean you don't have to do anything about it. Just say we will look into it. Any restaurant that doesn't know how to respond to customer is going down the drain and this one will meet that end. This person kept working on his laptop as if that's more important when I repeatedly mentioned how the handwash area is stinking. You can go now also and see how it stinks. I don't know how people are eating at this place. By then it was too late, we had ordered and thalis were being prepared. Extremely slow service behind putting everything together for thali. The server was doing it so slowly that I got annoyed. Anyway, nothing great about the food. Nothing was hot except akki rotti. Everything seemed okaish. The lemon rice was extremely oily. Maddur vada was the worst. You can't make plate meals well in a self service restaurant - then I know nothing else will be good. Any normal plate meals and why is it 230 rupees. Compare your cold press juice price with babai tiffins or meal price with asha or arogya aahara. Improve your cleanliness and customer service. You are a fast food place and not a full fledged table service restaurant to give justification for late service.

The Manager was racist enough to kick customer out just coz she is a north indian and you guys are running a south indian restaurant for what good you guys know that , so I had this incident late afternoon today where manager named Vijay was rude and asked me to get out of the restaurant just coz I'm a north indian and the other staff member asked me to come at 12 when I again went back to have a delicious food named chole bhature as I earlier had the same dish at the same resturant so planner to visit but the manager who was pathetic, mannerless, arrogant who asked me to not to enter saying that you might have had the same dish at Burger king not here , basically he was commenting on my weight how pathetic it is to be such nonsense person on earth I want a severe action on the same to be taken don't visit especially north indians who doesn't want to get insulted from such freaks

I was a bit disappointed with my recent visit. The South Indian food didn’t seem freshly prepared — the sambar, idli, and vada were all served cold, and the rice combo also didn’t feel fresh. It felt like some of the items, especially the vada, might have been prepared earlier. I visited in the evening, hoping for a warm and freshly made meal. I believe the dining experience could be much better if the food were served hot and fresh, especially since families visit expecting that quality.

Adding to my last review: to top it all the manager was totally insensitive to our feedback and kept insisting that there’s no change in the food quality/ taste. This attitude I’m sorry to say will be detrimental to the business.

The billing counter guy made faces when people spoke in South Indian language, ironically the restaurant is serving South Indian Food. Pathetic attitude from the billing counter faculty.
