This is one of my most favorite restaurants. The ambiance - quite and calming and the food. Can't ask for more. I've been here 3 times already and still haven't still tried even 20% of the dishes on the menu. Crema Di Funghi soup is must try. The lasagne di Verdure is another classic. Overall 10/10.

Had a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish we tried was full of flavor. A special mention to our waiter, Santosh who did an excellent job recommending their signature dishes — his suggestions were spot on. Great service and great food, highly recommended!

Complimentary bread was measly in quantity for two people. Salads were sad. Starters confused with mexican and asian offerings. Why do you need those at an Italian restaurant? Pasta (Spaghetti aglio olio) was excellent. Pizza was just okay though we asked for wheat base and received maida (we didn't send it back, just ate it). Staff were unprofessional - senior staff chatting up/kinda flirting with the lady wait staff more than once and within earshot. Another male wait staff was on a private call loudly at the far side of the bar for over 10 mins. Ours was the only occupied table that time.

Went on occasion of mothers day.. food was good. authentic italian. cheesecake was nice. salad was okok.. mains were good especially grilled baby chicken with balsamic vinegraite.

6 of us visited Via Milano (Jayanagar) today for my Daughter's birthday and it turned out to be a disaster. 3 of us are vegetarians and after specifically having asked for a veg pasta ( no mushrooms also), we were served a chicken pasta. This is unforgivable and the only thing they said was Sorry. The manager Kunal started off placing blame on the waitress. I even saw him laughing and looking at our table. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional. what started off as a great day of celebration was totally and utterly ruined by the experience here. I urge vegetarians to stay away from this restaurant as a mistake once done is sure to be repeated again. I am forced to give one star for this atrocity because zomato doesn't have the option for no stars.

The food and the vibe both suck. They're gonna try to trick you with two menus, and the deal only works on the "Via Milano" one. At least tell us beforehand, right? The food was just okay, and so was the place.
